Terms of Service

Last updated: October 5, 2026

1. Who we are

The Vital 14-Day Energy & Metabolism Reset ("Vital", "the program", "the service") at vital14reset.com is provided by Vital1 ("we", "us"). When you create an account or buy the program, you are entering into an agreement with Vital1.

2. Accepting these terms

By creating an account, buying the program or continuing to use the service, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

3. What the program is

Vital is a 14-day online wellness education and habit-support program: daily movement sessions, meal ideas, hydration, sleep and stress-reset habits, and progress tracking. It is general educational information only. It is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and it does not promise any specific health, weight or hormonal result. Talk to a qualified healthcare professional before changing your diet or exercise, especially if you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or have a history of disordered eating.

4. Your account

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the service.
  • Give accurate information and keep your login details private. You're responsible for activity under your account.

5. Licence to use the program

After purchase you get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the program for your own use. You may not resell, share, copy, redistribute or publicly display the content, or try to get around access controls.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, including:

  • using it for anything unlawful, fraudulent or to send spam;
  • infringing anyone's intellectual property;
  • interfering with its security — for example uploading malware, probing for weaknesses, or scraping content.

7. Ownership

Vital1 owns the program and all related content, software, design and branding. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership to you.

8. Payments, refunds and our reseller

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. The program is a one-time payment — there is no subscription or auto-renewal. See our Refund & Access page for our 14-day money-back guarantee.

9. Service availability

We work hard to keep Vital running smoothly, but we can't guarantee it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We may update or improve the program content over time.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end your access if you materially breach these terms, if a payment is not completed or is reversed (including after a refund), if there's a security or fraud risk, or for repeated or serious misuse.

11. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" without implied warranties, and Vital1's total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the program. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above shows when they last changed.
